Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow up with the business user to use the developed process and accordingly share the status report on daily basis.
• Should have knowledge of ASP Dot net with oracle DB to design and test web application.
• Unit, Stress, and integration testing of third-party application/Internally developed application.
• Responsible for documentation of FRD, Process flow, Business blueprint etc. through chain request process.
• Management and monitoring of cloud computing like AWS, Oracle Cloud, Azure would be advantage.
• Knowledge of monitoring SAP instance and shall update daily statistics report.
• Knowledge of doing SAP backup and restoration related activities.
• Knowledge of creating and updating SAP master data and periodic review of master data for audit purpose.
• New modules and process training to user at site.
• Ensuring all the IT/Application related issues are recording into the issue log and proper solution of the issues to users.
• Deployment of IT Security related changes across the site.
• Periodic review of security logs of servers, application, and website.
• Deployment of security related solutions.
• Able to write Oracle SQL PL SQL queries.
• Knowledge of transport management (TR) process of SAP.
• Can do periodically internal audit as per company IT Policy & Procedure.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT infrastructure/Application to meet business needs.
• Train the support team at the site office.
• Should have strong knowledge and experience in performing access controls reviews related to sensitive access and segregation of duties.
• Knowledge of API working will be advantage.
• Conduct/participate in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.
