• Schedule, preventive and breakdown/troubleshooting maintenance of
  • Dg sets
  • Edible oil pumps
  • Air Compressors
  • Refrigeration compressors
  • Dg Welding sets
  • Fire pumps, hydrants and fire fighting systems
  • Monoblock and submersible pumps
  • Reach Stackers and Trailers
• Spares parts planning and procurement
• Repair and maintenance cost analysis monthly and annually
• Root cause analysis of breakdowns
• Effective utilization of manpower for preventive maintenance
• Preparing of project related plans, details, specifications and cost estimation of MEP works.
• Preparing of BOQ, Drawings and DBR (Design basis report) for MEP systems.
• Coordination with Indian Railways for maintenance of Wagons.
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of newly designed Cargo Containers.
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of on going production of newly wagons/Rakes.
• To follow the company EHS and Quality standards and norms to ensure the electrical safety at the site.
• To maintain the inventory of MEP related equipments and components.
• Monthly site visit for inspection of the MEP systems and to resolve MEP related issues.
• Provides technical advice/input relevant to MEP systems
• Monitor electrical, mechanical , pneumatic and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the MEP department
• Procurement of required spares, making purchase order in mm module and issuing inventory in PM module SAP.
• Maintaining record of TXR/STR of rakes.
• Preparing and submitting Weekly and monthly MIS.

• Candidate will be supported by highly motivated team and management desires to have a positive and teamwork member who will inspire the team to achieve new heights.
• Candidate must analyze the frequently used spares, most critical spares and coordinate with Just –In Time escalating the issues at right time.
• Candidate must Analyze the Local Vendors and Vendors out of states available for spares and services and the level of expertise that the vendor can support.
• Candidates will have to move at the sites for the coordination of activities mentioned on PAN India basis.
